It all begins here

I love reading blogs, simply because I've got nothing else better to do. No, don't get me wrong. I still work to earn for my simple living. But during my leisure time,  I spend almost 50% of my daily life in front of the computer. I don't know whether is it bad or not, but I do know it makes me happy by doing just that. What about blogging? I blogged sometimes, well mostly on my favorites, daily life with no itsy-bitsy details. Ever since I started blogging, I didn't quite update my blog, but the updates are still there. And then I got pregnant, started working, hence the blog got dumped. Pity, I know, right? Now that I'm a mummy with a one-month baby girl, Lulu 'Aayesha, what makes me think that I can keep it up-to-date? Still, I think I need to, because that's the purpose why I started blogging anyway. For fun, for pleasure and of course, to keep my mind working. If at school we write essays and what-not, now that we're leaving our school's life, our mind starts to not functioning well, at least I know mine is not.

If you notice, I'm giving my blog a new name, for a new re-making of the blog. The precious Lulu, obviously people will say, oh that's her baby girl's name. And obviously my answer will be, look who's her mummy lah. Lulu means pearl, and that's exactly how I feel about this blog. After all, my business partner and I decided to make Anarauda a brand. If you still don't know what Anarauda is, do check out our shopping blog here. We sell trendy, funky and latest hijabs at a reasonable price for gorgeous ladies out there.

So readers, welcome to my not-so-new blog and I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoy updating it, inshaallah :) Thanks for your precious time to drop by here. As for the new readers, don't get bored. Silent readers, I hope we meet up soon! One day, I know we will. You know who you are, xoxo!

p/s: Next up, I'll post about my giving birth experience. I guess every mum has one, so do I.

Mothercare's on sale :p

Hello peeps...
March's almost done, and we're entering April very soon. What have I done so far? Hmmm I've start my work, hence the hectic. The office is still under renovations. Lots to be done before the new arrival. Hopefully, at least to clear up all the old documents and things to be put away!! Hubby and I are  putting our very best at work.

1. To update the company's profile
2. To compose and design our new catalog for the products.
3. To start looking for new tenders
4. To register and re-register with companies/government.
5. To apply new license and etc.
We've just got the internet in the office! Pheww, imagine life without internet. I only got to online 5-10 minutes at my mum's house, so I'm too rush to update my blog. But when I'm at my in-laws, there's no internet connection.

One more thing, we're expecting to move-in into our own crib, very soon. The earliest will be this coming May! And that's another story! Gosh with all the packings and cleaning ups to be done, I'm not too sure if I'm still fit to do it all. Hahhhh, the baby will be out soon around June!

I'm sorry for not posting on my pregnancy lately. Thought of uploading my current bump, but no maybe next time. My bump is getting bigger day by day that I no longer fit my current clothes. Start buying new ones, apparently baju ibu mengandung mahal la plak. But what the hell, I MUST!

p/s: MOTHERCARE tengah sale!!k sape nak sponsor pape, sila contact saya!!kahkahkah

Do Trust Me!

When a girl says she has nothing to wear, then she really really means it!!

Trust me...

So when i said that i have nothing to wear, then you should know that i really mean it. Tell me what makes a man, want to understand what a girl needs?? See the girl cries?? I've done that more than anything. Even worse.

You don't know how it feels, until u try to walk in my shoes :)

Again. Do Trust me!

Masak Lemak Cili Api Pucuk Paku Pakis

Thought of sharing my recipe for pucuk paku masak lemak cili api, altho yeah i know, it's a common dish and almost everyone knows how to cook it, but nevermind, jot down if you're interested to try it out!!Damn, sedap and meletops :p

A
10-15 biji cili api ~~lagi byk lagi terangkat
1-2 biji cili merah hidup
sedikit udang kering/ikan bilis
1/2 kunyit hidup

p/s: blend semua bahan2 diatas.

B
2 cawan santan pekat
1 cawan santan cair (ok kalo xde, just tmbah jelaa air sket, bg cair hehehe)
2 ulas bawang merah
1-2 pucuk paku pakis

Tumis semua bahan yang telah dikisar termasuk bawang yang dihiris halus dalam minyak yg amat sedikit. Ini untuk bagi bahan2 tadi garing, so xsakit perut bila makan. Bila sudah naik minyak, then masukkan santan. Sentiasa kacau sehingga mendidih (supaya kuah tidak berketul2), dan masukkan pucuk paku pakis tadi. Biarkan sehingga masak. Masukkan garam secukup rasa.

Senang kan??Give it a try. Makan laa ngn Ikan Goreng cicah Sambal kicap. Pasti sedap. slurpppp rasa nak makan lahhhh :p

Owh-what-a-way to spend the weekends

Last weekend, apart from celebrating my BIL's birthday at Cerana Ikan Bakar, Cheras, as usual we went for shopping. A friend of mine informed me about this warehouse sale conducted by the Kinderdijk. Yes, I often open the Shoppingnsales website, but only happen to look out for any fashion, makeups and branded labels warehouse sales only. Never cross in my mind to check out any baby's products back then, except for yeah, I've been to Pureen warehouse sales before just to buy some goodies for my nephew, and that was 2 years back. Ofcoz, it was hectic, what with all the pregnant ladies and kids choosing good buys and all that. Phewww, can't imagine that whole situation again. Okay, now that I'm pregnant, I'm starting to look forward for any warehouse sale again. Hahaha mainly becoz u get to buy good products at a very cheaper price compared the one in retails.

So we took the chance and woke up early in the morning, got ready and shoot off all the way to USJ. The place was not that hard to find, since I'm always the good one at locating location :p (bluekkkk). As we arrived, we managed to get the nearest parking ever (which was right in front of the main entrance!!). That was lucky :) What a day to start our shopping mood. The brands that Kinderdijk brought in were Crocs, Avent, Fisher Price, MacLaren, Barbie and so on.

Below were all the things that we bought
cute romper with matching socks. I can't help to buy this. It's unisex tho :p

Another one. Each cost me 7 bucks only.

Some Fisher Price toys. I hope it's not too early for me to buy these. :D but i can't resist it becoz it is so cheap!!

Avent bottle set for newborn!! And it is only 90rm compared to 130rm++ kot for retails.

Okay, ofcoz I did buy something for myself later. Hah. On the other hand, hubby grabbed a pair of crocs for 60 bucks. I want one too, I fell in love with a black pump, but no, I just bought one and had to wait for next month (altho hubby gave his green-light, but being the good wife i refused so). Alaaaa it's ok, after all I can always find better ones anywhere.

That night, we had birthday celebration at Cerana Ikan Bakar. It was a surprise one, I guess, at least i think Hazratt didn't know that we planned the whole idea, with the cake and dedication and all that. We bullied him to snap some pictures, and thank god he was so sporting that night, cause usually, he's the type yang selalu missing tuh :p

Birthday boy yang mungkin terkejut dapat cake. Kalau ikutkan time nih dia dah hampir nak g ke toilet, tapi kitorg semua halang :p

posing jap sebelum potong cake :p

sayang sket Ma. Manja anak bongsu nih sebenarnye :p

The next day, again we went shopping, but this time sisters-in-laws tagged along. Bought a 4 in 1 baby cot which later can be converted into a playpen/sofa bed/single bed at MyBBstore.com shop in Jalan Kuchai Lama. Off to Alamanda and shop and shop till we drop. enuff said!! Overall, it was an exhausted day, tiring yet I enjoyed it very much tho :p

Wasting times

So I went for the check-ups today and turned out that the nurses are way better than the doctor. I think the doctor is new to the whole thing, plus she looks young to me, maybe with little experience. She kept on doing phone calls for God knows how long a call can be. During check-ups, she's been looking at her phone on and off often that it irritated me alot. No, she did not measure my bump or what-not, and she forgot to take my blood sample for HIV test, which in the end, I had to ask the nurse when should i get the test and when is my next appointment since she didn't note that down too. She did write out that I'm suppose to take a glucose test but didn't mention when again. Haihhhh doctor doctor. Maybe working at a Klinik Desa doesn't give you the popularity kot...

ok, that's me on my 20th weeks of pregnancy to be exact. I hope i can still fit the baju kurung i bought for kak ros's wedding which is next month!!I bought La Senza's S size nightwear( to be precise-brand new with tag) and I'm thinking of letting it go. Maybe, but i dunno yet, hubby thinks i looked ok in it. Infact hawttt :p

Anyways, I overheard someone said she ate maggi and the nurses bising2 sket la...If i were that girl, I wouldn't dare telling the nurse that i ate instant noodle. Ok i don't eat maggi atleast, but i do cook instant noodle, trust me, it's my first ever instant noodle during my pregnancy. What do u expect?I'm always a fan of instant noodle. However, i came across this new instant noodle last month(well at least it looks new to me :p) and decided to give it a try until yesterday. Have you ever heard KOKA?

KOKA instant noodles, mind the blurriness, my camera meragam sket.

The company that produces this brand is from Singapore, and the noodle is MSG-free, less salt, less everything and suitable for vegetarians. It comes with all sorts of flavor like, chicken flavor, mushroom flavor, tomyum and so on. Well I had a taste of tomyum and I must say it is quite good, although it is not that spicy compared to Thailand's instant noodle. I put lotsa veggie in it, to make it look healthy (eventho i know, instant noodles are always not healthy heh), cili padi like 7-8 of them(terpakse belah separuh je, sebab nak avoid dari kunyah cili padi kalo potong kecil-kecil), some lemongrass, ginger, onions, garlic and not to forget prawns!!

 ahh so hot and delicious!

And here's a close up zoom. ahhh the prawn makes me drools now!!I want some more, but no, I can't!!See I told ya i put lotsa veggies in it :p

Meanwhile, I bought myself a cormfie shoes from Clarks and I'm loving it :) I hope this flats can last me tru my pregnancy. I don't wanna buy any flats no more, but yes, I'm still eye-ing myself on heels, and more heels!! tadaaaaa!! How cute is that? Well at least i think it is cute tho :p And owh, it's the latest design btw, the salesgirls told me. Ko tipu pon ape aku kesah ye dakkk??

little updates

Hello peeps,
Today's the day for my regular check-ups with the doctor at Klinik Desa Dato' Abu Bakar Baginda. I loved going there as the services are quite efficient for a government clinic. No hustle and everything goes smoothly without rush. Plus, i get all the infos I want here, compared to when I did my check-ups at one of the public sectors (won't mention it here, takut kene sue :p) After all, being the local citizen, all the check-ups and medications are free. I mean it, like freaking free!! Lucky I live somewhere we call a village :D Please pray that everything goes well, because 2 weeks ago, when we did the blood test, I found out that my hemoglobin was low (beneath the average points), hence the reason why I need to come again within 2 weeks time to meet the doctor. I was given a green sticker, which means I'm under precautions when white stickers are for those who has no problems at all.

Lately, I've been losing my appetite to eat. I do crave things like Nando's and all that(tapi tak pergi pon lagi), but somehow I eat at a very small portion, even less than the one I used to before getting pregnant. I don't know if it's healthy for the baby or not, but I kinda worried, you know. Hubby on the other hand always beg and forcing me to eat. Few days back, I've been taking 1 slice of bread with a cup of formula milk only. When night comes, my skin and lips looked pale that he was so worried and force me to eat something. I know it will harm the baby, but i don't feel hungry at all, trust me.

Next up, I'll post you some pics of my current bump. heeee :p
